23rd Feb 2012, Delhi.
The ongoing legal dispute between ISKCON Bangalore and ISKCON Mumbai was listed for hearing on Wednesday 22nd February as item no 17, but court was preoccupied with hearing earlier items and the matter did not come up for hearing. The court further listed the case for 23rd February as item no15. The case was slated to be heard before the divisional bench headed by Hon Justice Altmas Kabir in court hall no.2 of the Supreme Court. The bench today entirely heard another case concerning the Speaker of Haryana and some legislators, thus the ISKCON tussle did not come up for hearing. It is not clear when the case will be listed next as the cause list was not yet updated when this article was sent for upload. Generally part heard matters come up for listing from Tuesdays to Thursdays. Chances are that it may get listed for the next week on any of the days mentioned above, but nothing can be conclusively said until the cause lists for those days are updated.
